The 2009 Conference was held on October 5 and 6, 2009 at The Lord Nelson Hotel.

The two-day event:
  • Included a Welcome Reception sponsored by the Canadian Gaming Association.
  • Hosted a Networking Reception sponsored by Shepell•fgi.
  • Provided over 250 delegates and 26 guest speakers with relevant information ranging from responsible gambling initiatives to new technology.
  • Illustrated the importance of an industry-wide commitment to social responsibility and responsible gambling.
